• Over 71,000 Palestinians killed and 171,000 injured; airstrikes continue despite a ceasefire.

• Famine declared in Gaza City; 77% of people face severe hunger.

• 246,000 children require malnutrition treatment; 31,000 children under five are severely malnourished.

• Many families survive on one meal every 2–3 days.

• Humanitarian aid remains restricted — only 59% of UN missions were facilitated in December 2025.

• No fully functional hospitals; 18,500 critical patients, including 4,000 children, need urgent medical evacuation.

• 1.28 million people require emergency shelter as winter brings flooding and extreme cold.

• Despite constraints, Islamic Relief continues providing food, water, healthcare, and psychosocial support where access allows.
